NEW YORK, July 1, 2020: For the second time, Morgan Lewis has been named Litigation Department of the Year for Labor and Employment by the New York Law Journal as part of the publication’s New York Legal Awards.
Morgan Lewis labor, employment, executive compensation, and benefits practitioners help employers around the world navigate the constantly changing landscape of global, US, state, and local laws and regulations that govern the workplace. This award recognizes the firm for its appellate work that set new precedent in how arbitration agreements containing class and collective action waivers are viewed by the courts and that confirmed that delivery drivers are compensated by gratuity and not delivery fees.
