LOS ANGELES, December 12, 2016: Morgan Lewis partner James Dragna has been recognized by The National Law Journal as a Litigation Trailblazer in an annual report issued by the leading legal publication.
The designation is based on Mr. Dragna’s experience as one of the founding members of the US EPA Hazardous Waste Enforcement Task Force, the entity responsible for the development of EPA’s hazardous waste enforcement, his work as a DOJ trial attorney representing EPA in types of cases in the early days of the program and, since entering private practice, his work helping clients manage major environmental crises and multi-party, multi-claim proceedings. He represents clients in a wide range of environmental matters nationwide, including air, water and wastewater enforcement and litigation. He also serves as group or common counsel to several multiparty Superfund groups, has served as special counsel for municipalities in major infrastructure litigation, and serves as coordinating counsel for clients in major environmental crisis proceedings. Mr. Dragna is a frequent speaker on crisis management.
Mr. Dragna was profiled in a special supplement published by The National Law Journal on December 5.
