PHILADELPHIA, July 22, 2016: Morgan Lewis labor and employment partner Larry Turner has been named a 2016 Minority Business Leader by the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The annual awards program, now in its fifth year, recognizes the Philadelphia region's top minority business leaders who have demonstrated business success over the past 12 to 18 months. Mr. Turner is a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee and counsels employers on corporate diversity initiatives, including best practices and litigation avoidance.

In addition to the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Minority Business Leader award, Mr. Turner was a recipient of the National Diversity Council’s Leadership Excellence in the Law Award in 2015 and 2014. He was also honored with the organization’s Pennsylvania Multicultural Award in 2011 and is regularly listed in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers for employment litigation.
