Morgan Lewis Partner Testifies Before EEOC on Disparate Treatment in Hiring

WASHINGTON, D.C., June 21, 2011: Grace Speights, a partner in Morgan Lewis's labor and employment practice and chair of the firm's complex employment litigation practice, will testify on Wednesday before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC or Commission) on disparate treatment in hiring practices.

Her testimony will address litigation trends related to hiring discrimination, challenges to and best practices for addressing hiring discrimination in the workplace, as well as recommendations for the Commission.

Ms. Speights will be available for comment after the hearing concludes on Wednesday, and copies of her written testimony will be made available at that point.
