Morgan Lewis Partner Testifies Before House Subcommittee on Corporate Campaigns and the NLRB

WASHINGTON, D.C., May 26, 2011: Jonathan Fritts, a partner in Morgan Lewis's labor and employment practice, testified today regarding before the House Subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor and Pensions, part of the House Education and the Workforce Committee.

His testimony addressed union corporate campaigns and how they relate to the structure and policies of the National Labor Relations Act. He also detailed a variety of recent decisions that highlight how corporate campaigns are being used as alternatives to strikes to put pressure on employers.
