SILICON VALLEY, April 8, 2016: Morgan Lewis real estate partner Carol Dillon is among a select group of women in Silicon Valley to have been recognized as industry and community leaders by the Silicon Valley Business Journal in its annual Women of Influence report published earlier this month.
With more than 30 years’ experience in transactional real estate matters, Ms. Dillon focuses on complex commercial ground leasing, representation of institutional investors, and acquisition and development of land for renewable energy projects. The past five years alone, she has counseled clients on the purchase, sale, and leasing of real estate valued at more than $5 billion. Her practice includes the acquisition, development, and disposition of a wide range of properties, from office buildings and shopping centers to agricultural lands and medical facilities. Ms. Dillon has been recognized by corporate counsel and her peers in the industry guides compiled by distinguished legal directory publishers Chambers & Partners and Legal 500. Best Lawyers has also named her a leading real estate lawyer for several years in a row.
