NEW YORK, March 18, 2016: Morgan Lewis was honored at a ceremony hosted by Latin Lawyer yesterday for the firm’s representation of the largest ad hoc group of holders of debt issued by OAS, a Brazilian construction and infrastructure conglomerate, in connection with the ongoing restructuring of its obligations and corporate form.

The OAS transaction was led by Morgan Lewis partner Tim DeSieno and associates Matthew Ziegler and Melissa Boey. Support was provided by partner Howard Kenny and associate Daniel Palmadesso.
