NEW YORK, September 21, 2017: Morgan Lewis has been honored by International Tax Review for its contribution to one of the year’s most significant banking tax deals.
The 12th annual awards recognized Morgan Lewis for the role partners Anne Bandes and Tom O’Connor played in advising a group of institutional investors in the purchase of $325 million in senior notes.
The award ceremony was held on September 14 in New York City.
