Morgan Lewis has been honored by New York nonprofit BronxWorks for its dedication to the social services provider and the support it has provided to enable the programming offered by the organization throughout seven years of partnership with the firm.
BronxWorks helps improve the economic and social well being of families and children in New York by providing preschool, afterschool, and workforce development programs; meals, senior centers, and homeless shelters; and other critical services, including care for area residents living with chronic illness.
Members of Morgan Lewis’s award winning labor and employment team have contributed more than 1,200 hours of employment, benefits, hiring, contracts, and litigation counsel to BronxWorks over the years, limiting the nonprofit’s legal expenses so that more of its funds could be directed towards the much-needed services it delivers to the community.
The firm was recognized for its commitment to BronxWorks during the organization’s June 11 Annual Gala.
