Morgan Lewis represented Butler University in negotiating a development transaction that will add 633 new beds to the University’s Indianapolis campus.
The deal closed on March 16, and on Friday, May 8, the University and developer American Campus Communities Inc., will break ground on the new state-of-the art residences.
Morgan Lewis partner Eric Stern led the team on the deal with support from senior attorney Jason Roberts and associates Kathy Keyser and Kelly Kuschel.
