Morgan Lewis Represents Harte Hanks in Sale of Trillium Software to Syncsort

PHILADELPHIA, November 30, 2016: Morgan Lewis represented Harte Hanks in its $112 million sale of the company’s Trillium Software business to Syncsort. The sale is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.

The Trillium Software business is a global provider of data quality solutions. Syncsort is a global leader in Big Iron to Big Data solutions. Harte Hanks is a global marketing services firm specializing in multi-channel marketing solutions.
