BOSTON, April 14, 2016: Morgan Lewis is representing Mercury Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: MRCY) in an underwritten public offering of 5,175,000 shares of its common stock at $19.25 per share. The offering, which priced on April 7, closed April 13.
The proceeds of the offering will be used to fund a portion of its acquisition of the embedded security, radio frequency and microwave, and custom microelectronics businesses of Microsemi Corp. Morgan Lewis previously represented Mercury in this $300 million acquisition, announced on March 23.
