SILICON VALLEY, October 28, 2016: Morgan Lewis has filed more inter partes reviews (IPRs) in the past six months than ever before, according to data from legal analytics provider Lex Machina, earning a spot among the top five firms representing petitioners in Patent Trademark and Appeal Board (PTAB) trials.
While the firm’s PTAB trials team achieves outstanding results for petitioners and patent owners alike, in the past six months, Morgan Lewis filed 33 IPRs on behalf of petitioners that include some of the world’s most profitable and innovative intellectual property-driven companies.
