WASHINGTON, September 28, 2015: Charles I. Cohen, a senior counsel in the Washington office of Morgan Lewis and a former member of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), will testify before the House Subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor, and Pensions on Tuesday, September 29, during a hearing on H.R. 3459, the Protecting Local Business Opportunity Act.
Mr. Cohen, who represents private sector senior management in complex labor and employment law matters, has played a leading role in defining US labor policy through previous testimony before both Senate and House committees. An appointee of President Bill Clinton, he served on the NLRB from 1994 to 1996.
