NEW YORK, July 1, 2011: Today, AAK, the world's leading producer of high value-added specialty vegetable oils and fats, announced that it has acquired the Golden Foods/Golden Brands business of Louisville, Ky., the leading North American processor of specialty fats and oils.
Morgan Lewis advised AAK on the acquisition. Business and Finance partner Robert Dickey led the Morgan Lewis team that consisted of Business and Finance partner Judith Walkoff and associates Damian Guzman, Amy Kearney and Andrew Mariniello.
