NEW YORK, July 27: Morgan Lewis placed highly in a number of second quarter league tables published earlier this month by Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, Buyouts and Mergermarket. The tables rank law firms based on the value of the M&A transactions in which they are involved and the number of deals they help facilitate. The firm’s 2015 second quarter rankings include the following:

- 3rd: U.S. Target Small-Cap Rankings: Undisclosed Values and Values Up to $50M – Based on Value of Deals: $193.1M
- 5th: U.S. Target Small-Cap Rankings: Undisclosed Values and Values Up to $50M – Based on Number of Deals: 48 deals
- 6th: U.S. Target Mid-Market Rankings: Undisclosed Values and Values Up to $500M – Based on Number of Deals: 57 deals
