NEW YORK, February 13, 2017: Morgan Lewis has once again scored top marks in the year-end M&A table rankings published by Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, Mergermarket, and Buyouts. The firm made marked improvement in nearly every category compared to year-end 2015, reflecting an increase in M&A activity at the firm. As a result, Morgan Lewis finished with a record 24 year-end top 10 rankings.
The tables rank law firms based on the value of the M&A transactions in which they are involved and the number of deals they help facilitate. The 2016 year-end rankings where Morgan Lewis placed in the top 10 are as follows:
