PHILADELPHIA, March 17: The sale of Morgan Lewis client Micros Systems to Oracle was recently named among the top 10 transactions of 2014 by The Daily Journal.
The publication featured the transaction, which closed in September 2014, in a special supplement published March 11, ranking it seventh out of the 10 largest M&A transactions of 2014 involving at least one California-based company.
