My Boss Wants Me Back at Work. How Do I Keep My Family Safe? The Wall Street Journal

Morgan Lewis partner Chai Feldblum was quoted in a Wall Street Journal article about what the American with Disabilities Act does and does not require employers to do in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

In the article, Chai noted that while employers have no obligation under federal law to accommodate workers who worry about bringing the virus home to family, “employers might want to accommodate anyway because it might be good business practice”—a way to retain good employees or set a tone of collaboration and good faith.
