New Senior Counsel Strengthens Business & Finance Team in Brussels

(Frankfurt, 26.07.2011) Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP today announced that Werner Vanderhaeghe, attorney-at-law (Advocaat), joined the firm effective July 1, 2011 as Senior Counsel in the Brussels office. Mr. Vanderhaeghe has practiced law since 1975 and is one of Belgium´s most senior business lawyers with leading experience in international mergers and acquisitions, finance transactions as well as in governance matters. He will strengthen the firm´s business and finance practice in the Brussels office. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Vanderhaeghe acted as General Counsel of the Bekaert Group and the Agfa-Gevaert Group, and was a partner at another leading international law firm.
