Morgan Lewis partner and former Assistant US Attorney David Miller comments on the arrest of Sajmir Alimehmeti, who, according to law enforcement, allegedly was set to join ISIS and assisted an undercover law enforcement officer whom he believed was going to fight with the terrorist organization. Mr. Alimehmeti is charged with providing material support to a terrorist organization and is scheduled to appear again in court next month.
