WASHINGTON, DC, June 25, 2015: Dallas litigation partner Sheila Armstrong testified before the US House of Representatives Select Committee’s Small Business Subcommittee on Contracting and Workforce during a hearing on the General Services Administration’s March 5, 2015, Proposed Rule on transactional data reporting.
Ms. Armstrong represents a variety of government contractors in counseling, contract negotiation, and litigation matters. Sheila primarily represents companies that sell commercial products and services to federal, state, and local governments in both contractual and civil settings. She assists clients in securing contracts with the General Services Administration (GSA) and the Department of Veterans Affairs under the Multiple Award Schedules program, with a focus on proposal preparation, negotiation, contract compliance issues, audits, investigations, mandatory disclosures, and fraud claims. She also serves as a Co-Chair of the American Bar Association Public Contracts Law Section’s Commercial Products and Services Committee.
