PHILADELPHIA, March 13, 2020: Morgan Lewis was recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal in multiple categories in the publication’s annual Best Real Estate Deals and Dealmakers of the Year awards.
The Morgan Lewis–Parkway Corp. project won the 2020 Best Lease in the City Award. The deal formalizes the lease agreement to build a new firm office at 2222 Market St. in Center City, Philadelphia.
In addition to the firm’s own lease being recognized, the Morgan Lewis legal real estate team was recognized. The firm represented Iovance Biotherapeutics on its lease that won second place in the Best Lease in the City category; Hamilton Lane in its lease that won second place in the Best Suburban Lease category; and CubeSmart on its deal that earned a third-place award for the Best Industrial category.
