WASHINGTON, September 29, 2014: Morgan Lewis partner and Appellate Practice co-chair Allyson Ho will serve as a panelist during an October 1, 2014, Washington Legal Foundation (WLF) media briefing previewing the U.S. Supreme Court’s October 2014 term.
Ms. Ho has successfully litigated high-stakes cases on a wide range of issues in state and federal trial and appellate courts across the country, including the U.S. Supreme Court, the Texas Supreme Court, and numerous federal and state intermediate courts of appeals. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Ho served in senior positions at the White House and the U.S. Department of Justice and as a law clerk to Justice Sandra Day O’Connor of the U.S. Supreme Court and Judge Jacques L. Wiener Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
