PARIS—May 21, 2012: Morgan Lewis today announced that Alexandre Bailly—a top litigator who has successfully handled disputes on behalf of multinational companies and French domestic clients across a number of sectors—will join the firm as a partner in its Litigation Practice, resident in Paris. He has had significant experience and success at another AmLaw 100 firm, having spent more than a dozen years at his previous firm's Paris office. Associate Xavier Haranger will join Bailly at Morgan Lewis.

Bailly concentrates his practice on international litigation, arbitration, and transactional matters. His litigation and arbitration experience includes matters involving the industrial sector, commercial contracts, banking, bankruptcy, construction, and portfolio management. He has represented multinational corporations and French companies in the automotive, construction, and consumer products industries, as well as banks, asset managers, and brokers.
