Morgan Lewis Advises Sandvik Materials in Divestment of Springs Business

NEW YORK, October 30, 2014: Morgan Lewis represented Sandvik Materials Technology in the divestiture of the company’s power spring business in the United States and Mexico to Lesjöfors Springs America, Inc., a U.S.-based subsidiary of Swedish Lesjöfors AB, which makes industrial springs, wire, and flat strip components. The transaction is slated to close by December 31, 2014.
