Princeton Labor and Employment Team Recognized by New Jersey Law Journal

PRINCETON, New Jersey, April 1: Morgan Lewis has been named the 2015 Litigation Department of the Year for Employment law by the New Jersey Law Journal, marking the third time the firm has been recognized in the competition.

The work that earned Morgan Lewis this annual honor reflects the broad scope of our Princeton-based employment litigation and counseling practice, including representing employers in cases before the US Supreme Court, cases in the Third, Second, and Sixth Circuit Courts of Appeals, as well as cases before the district courts in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

Morgan Lewis also received the distinguished award in 2013, and was named a finalist in 2014. The firm’s Labor and Employment practices in Washington, DC and Chicago were recognized in 2014 by the National Law Journal’s Litigation Department of the Year contests and the Miami team was singled out by the Daily Business Review last year as well. Finally, in 2014, Law360 also named the practice Employment Group of the Year.
