SEC Breaks Down Listing Barriers for Most ETFs, Ignites

Morgan Lewis partner John McGuire was quoted in an Ignites article about the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s decision to allow exchanges to automatically list products that conform to the agency’s 2019 ETF rule. In the article, John discussed the implications of the decisions, noting that “the ETF rule eliminated the requirement for ETFs to publish their intraday net asset values, commonly known as INAVs or IIVs, every 15 seconds.”
