Morgan Lewis partner Frances Murphy was quoted in an article by The Telegraph about the firm’s landmark interchange fee litigation victory in the UK Supreme Court. The Supreme Court unanimously upheld the conclusion of the Court of Appeal that that the default UK multilateral interchange fees (MIFs) charged within the Visa and Mastercard payment card schemes was an unlawful restriction of competition.
