When to Call Outside Counsel to Investigate a #MeToo Complaint, Ignites

Morgan Lewis partner and co-director of Workplace Culture Consulting Sharon Masling spoke with Ignites about how companies can develop individualized procedures to best allow and encourage employees to bring #MeToo complaints forward. Sharon also addresses the instances in which a company should bring in outside counsel to investigate a complaint, including allegations of systemic harassment, if the complaint involves a person in the C-suite, or if there are any conflicts of interest for the internal person who would be investigating.
