New Guidance on the Collection and Seizure of Electronic Evidence in International Cartel Cases

In April 2014, the International Competition Network (ICN) Cartels Working Group released new, updated chapter on “Digital Evidence Gathering” for international antitrust enforcement.

The primary objectives of the chapter are to explain “ICN member approaches to digital evidence gathering and to identify good practices and procedures” for the collection and seizure of this evidence during the investigation and prosecution.
