California Energy Legislation Roundup 2017

January 30, 2018

The 2017 California state legislative session produced a number of new energy-related laws on a diverse array of topics, including extension of the cap and trade program, air quality monitoring and reporting, distributed energy resources, solar consumer protection, emerging technologies and zero-emission vehicles, and retail utilities.
