Morgan Lewis partners and directors of Workplace Culture Consulting Chai Feldblum and Sharon Masling co-authored a Harvard Business Review article about preventing sexual harassment in the workplace as part of their work at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). In the article, they discuss an EEOC report on statistics of harassment in the workplace and the business case for preventing it.
