Morgan Lewis partner Jenny Austin and associate Andrew Allen co-authored an article for Law360 about the Large Corporate Compliance (LCC) program that will replace the Coordinated Industry Case program (CIC). “As the IRS migrates to the LCC program, taxpayers that have been part of the CIC program for decades may eventually learn that they are no longer under continuous audit while other taxpayers may find themselves going through an audit for the first time in recent memory,” the authors wrote in the article.
