Morgan Lewis partner Bruce Johnston authored an article for Practical Law about the new Corporate Governance and Insolvency Act that came into effect in the United Kingdom. In this opinion piece Bruce discussed how the reforms willaffect UK company financings. “The 2020 Act should encourage financings to UK companies to be structured as loans, rather than bonds,” Bruce wrote.
