The webinar discussed the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations. It also focused on how U.S. and non-U.S. companies (e.g., foreign operations of U.S. multinational corporations) can ensure compliance when procuring ITAR-controlled defense articles, as well as the proper licensing of retransfers and reexports of U.S.-originating hardware.
