The third and final part of our webinar series on hydraulic fracturing, "Private Litigation and Hydraulic Fracturing," discussed private litigation surrounding fracking, including tort and commercial lawsuits.

Topics covered included recent lawsuits filed nationwide involving fracking and the claims raised in those cases; potential claims that may arise in future civil actions; discovery concerns in fracking litigation; and damages exposure, including compensatory damages and punitive damages.
