On April 26, 2014, Michael Puma gave a presentation at the Edison Electric Institute (EEI) Spring Legal Conference in New Orleans, LA. Mr. Puma’s presentation reviewed the challenges currently facing employers from guns-at-work and medical marijuana laws.
The EEI is the association that represents all U.S. investor-owned electric companies. Organized in 1933, the EEI’s members provide electricity for 220 million Americans, operate in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, directly employ more than 500,000 workers, and make more than $85 billion in annual capital expenditures.
