Before joining the firm, Morgan Lewis partner Chai Feldblum authored a chapter for Temple Law Review about the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Chai played a leading role in drafting and negotiating the act, and in this chapter she discusses the development of the law as well as the positive response it received. She analyzes the restrictions around inquiries about medical examinations and how employers should comply.
