FDA & Healthcare partners Howard J. Young and Albert W. Shay co-presented to the executive leadership of child behavioral health organizations from around the United States at the NACBH annual meeting. Howard and Al spoke about fraud and abuse, compliance, self-disclosure and Medicaid audit recovery initiatives affecting their industry. Morgan Lewis has several representations in this area and we hope to expand those as government audit and enforcement activity are expected to rise.
