Litigation Associate Andrew Southerling (WA), joined distinguished panelists former SEC Commissioner Rick Roberts and Michael Marz, Vice Chairman of Capital Markets and Structured Products at First Southwest Co. in leading a roundtable discussion entitled "Mass Changes at the SEC — The SEC 2012 Municipal Market Study and Focus on Enforcement: What Does It Mean for 2013?" at the 5th Annual National Municipal Bond Summit, which took place from February 24–26 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

The event, sponsored by The Bond Buyer and the Bond Dealers of America, was attended by nearly 300 officials and senior representatives from all municipal market industry participants, including issuers, dealers, and city and state elected officials.
