Larry Turner served as a faculty member at the 2013 ALI CLE program "Advanced Employment Law and Litigation" held in Washington DC March 14-16. Larry presented the State Employment Law Developments Update focusing on significant state law developments across the country on a variety of topics, including social media, non-compete cases, the state courts' approach to causation in state anti-discrimination cases, as well as other noteworthy developments.
