Alexis Caris is part of a team that advises clients on labor and employment issues, including international counseling, management relations, labor disputes, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. The team also represents companies in employment actions and works with employers to establish and implement policies that reduce the risk of litigation. Alexis previously worked in human capital management at a Fortune 100 company, advising on partner and employee compensation.

Extended Profile

While in law school, Alexis completed a legal externship for Judge Patty Shwartz of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Alexis maintains an active pro bono practice and was awarded the Exemplary Pro Bono Service Award for completing over 400 hours of pro bono service while a student at Penn Law.
