Clay M. Carlton
Clay M. Carlton represents clients in commercial claims relating to business and corporate disputes, including class actions. He has experience handling matters involving torts, consumer fraud, unfair trade practices, injunctive relief, and product liability claims. While Clay represents clients across diverse industries, much of his work focuses on banking and financial services litigation, and he also consults with those clients on other matters. Clay’s active pro bono service includes advising local individuals and nonprofit organizations.
