Crystal Fang is part of a team that focuses on mergers and acquisitions, financing, joint ventures, spinoffs, and strategic alliances. Other areas of work involve restructuring, tax, and securities, including public and private equity and debt offerings. She advises clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies and investment banks to emerging market companies.
During law school, Crystal was a senior contributing editor of both the Virginia Tax Review and the Virginia Law and Business Review. Crystal speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.
