Elizabeth P. Hanigan
As the leader of the energy and infrastructure practice, Elizabeth P. Hanigan focuses her practice on business and financial matters concerning renewable energy and infrastructure development, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. She advises developers, private equity, and financial investors in connection with the acquisition, construction, development, sale, and financing of renewable energy generation projects, with an emphasis on wind, solar, and energy storage facilities.
