Emma Dragomirova advises clients in all tax aspects, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions for private equity clients as well as corporate clients. She also has experience with regard to group internal reorganizations including post-closing integration, tax consolidation, demergers, and carve-outs, as well as long-term management incentive programs. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Emma worked for several international law firms. She speaks German, English, and Bulgarian.
