She acts for a variety of domestic and international clients, including industry leaders as well as innovative startups looking to bring disruptive technologies to market. Her work includes the selection, clearance, registration, assignment, and enforcement of IP rights, as well as in the identification and resolution of IP and data protection issues in the context of corporate transactions.
