Eva Baliner-Poggi advises clients on the protection and enforcement of their intellectual property (IP), with an emphasis on trademarks, as well as on data protection and information technology issues. She acts for a variety of domestic and international clients, including industry leaders as well as innovative startups looking to bring disruptive technologies to market. Her work includes the selection, clearance, registration, assignment, and enforcement of IP rights, as well as in the identification and resolution of IP and data protection issues in the context of corporate transactions.
