Frank G. Lamancusa

Frank also deals with matters before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the US Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division. He represents numerous telecommunications companies in responding to federal and state law enforcement agencies’ efforts to obtain information under the Stored Communications Act. Frank also litigates antitrust and commercial disputes in federal district courts principally for telecommunications providers.

Frank previously worked for the FCC, where he was responsible for the agency’s accelerated complaint resolution process. During this time, he addressed more than 150 disputes and led more than 200 mediations. While at the FCC, Frank also served in various managerial positions within the Enforcement and then-Common Carrier Bureaus.

Prior to joining the FCC, Frank was a trial lawyer for the Telecommunications Task Force within the US Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division. There he led both merger and non-merger antitrust investigations in the telecommunications industry on issues related to wireline and wireless telephony, cable and satellite television programming distribution, broadcast television, and radio station consolidation.

Frank has also served as a professional arbitrator and mediator on behalf of the International Center for Dispute Resolution, United States District Courts, multiple state public service commissions and many telecommunications entities.
