Jennifer Connolly

Jennifer Connolly is a member of the firm’s immigration and global mobility team. Jennifer advises businesses of all sizes from a range of sectors on corporate immigration issues and provides legal and strategic advice related to the movement of global talent, global immigration policies, and compliance best practices.

Recommended by The Legal 500, Jennifer assists our clients on the immigration implications of corporate restructurings, as well as navigating the raft of new measures announced following Brexit. Jennifer regularly works with global employers to help manage business traveler programs, coordinate counsel on immigration, tax, employment requirements of remote work, and compliance with right-to-work provisions globally.

More recently, Jennifer has been involved in assisting our clients navigate the daily changing COVID-19 travel-related measures introduced around the world as their workforces become increasingly mobile again.

Jennifer is an active member of the Economic Migration Subcommittee of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association and represents clients at the Home Office’s Business User Forum. She trained at an international City law firm in London before joining Morgan Lewis.
